Ordering & Dispatch

Our products are made to order, so please allow up to 7 working days from ordering for us to dispatch your goods. First class post is used for our standard delivery option and we cannot guarantee the delivery day with this. Special delivery is guaranteed next day delivery and must be signed for. If a Saturday delivery is required please contact us for a delivery charge quote. We will do our best to fulfil all requests according to product availability, although we reserve the right to send suitable alternatives where necessary

Non-UK Mainland Delivery Charges

Please note the standard delivery charge of £4.00 covers UK mainland only. Delivery to non-UK mainland destinations incur the following charge

N.IRELAND/ ISLE OF MAN/ SCOTTISH ISLANDS/ISLES OF SCILLY £11.00

EIRE/CHANNEL ISLANDS £20.00

We regret that we are unable to send goods beyond the UK.

Special delivery is £10.00 to UK mainland only.

Delivery

Where possible we would advise taking delivery at a business premises where someone will be available throughout working hours. It is your duty to ensure that your requested delivery date is suitable for either yourself or your gift recipient to accept an order. We cannot accept responsibility for addresses provided incorrectly. Unless you are contacted by our sales team, your goods will be despatched as soon as possible.Please note that we cannot track the exact location of your order during the day and will only be notified by the couriers if there is a problem. We cannot estimate a delivery time.

Complaints Procedure

It is your responsibility to check your order carefully immediately on receipt of goods. In the unlikely event of goods being unsatisfactory, damaged or incomplete you should accept delivery and contact us within 2 working days.

Nuts

All products are produced in nut environments and could possibly be contaminated with nuts.

Cancellations and Returns

As many of our products are produced to order, we regret that once an order is placed it is not possible to cancel it and refunds cannot be given. Consequently credit card authorisation and payment will be taken upon placement of orders. In the unlikely event of a product being unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately. Do not return goods without first speaking to a customer services advisor.

Corporate Gifts

If you wish to place a corporate order to send the same goods to a large number of recipients please call for a special quotation.

Catalogue Accuracy

Every care has been taken to ensure that all prices and descriptions in our catalogue are correct. In the case of error you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order. We apologise if this is the case.
